Education

As we all learned years ago, "The only thing constant in life is change";  therefore, we must always be ready and willing to learn.  We at AAA Refrigeration understand the importance of education, especially in the world of ever changing technology.  

                 
That is why we have monthly seminars for all our technicians and Saturday classes for our apprentices taught by some of our senior technicians.

                                                                   
We believe hands on training is necessary to really understand what is being taught.  We have turned an old office space into a training lab so technicians to actually see and use the equipment in the lab before working on it at a customers.

 Equipment technology is changing on a regular basis; therefore it is imperative all technicians are made aware of these changes.  Our monthly seminars are attended by the apprentics as well as the seasoned technicians.  We at AAA recognize that you're never too old to learn something new.
